Common questions about plans.
What counts as a registered device?
A registered device is any Apollo Display Device (Present-Basic, Present-Pro,
Canvas-Basic, Canvas-Pro, or Enterprise) that is linked to your account. Each
physical device occupies one slot in your plan's device limit. Deregistering a
device frees up that slot.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account
settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of
your next billing cycle. If you downgrade below your current device count, you
will need to deregister devices first.
Do all plans include both Apollo Present and Apollo Canvas?
Yes — every plan tier includes full access to both Apollo Present and Apollo Canvas.
The app a device uses depends on the device type you purchase. Present Devices run
Apollo Present; Canvas Devices run Apollo Canvas; Enterprise Devices can run both
and switch between modes at will.
Can I mix Present and Canvas devices on the same plan?
Absolutely. Your plan's device limit covers all Apollo Devices regardless of type.
For example, a Studio plan (5 devices) could include 2 Canvas-Pro devices and
3 Present-Basic devices — all managed from the same Apollo Platform dashboard.
Are devices purchased separately from the subscription?
Yes. Apollo Devices are a one-time hardware purchase. The monthly subscription plan
covers your platform access and the number of devices you can register to your
account. Device pricing starts at $99 for Present-Basic and Canvas-Basic models.
Is there a free trial or demo?
We offer demos for businesses that want to see Apollo Displays in action before
